Shannon Zayas, Chief of Staff

Shannon Zayas is the Chief of Staff for Quantum Governance and has been with the firm since it was founded over a decade ago. Shannon serves as the key interface between Quantum Governance’s team and all of our clients. Her industry experience and historical knowledge of how the firm and its services have evolved provide a foundation for excellent client service and support. Shannon is a skilled professional in all aspects of leadership and resource management. Shannon provides oversight of the firm’s survey work and the integrity of the data that informs all of Quantum Governance’s work.
Previously, Shannon worked at Achikian Goldsmiths, where she played key roles in sales, marketing, business solutions, research and accounting. She also worked in the Audit and Advisory practice at KPMG, LLP where she assisted and led audits of public companies in the firm’s consumer and industrial business lines out of both the Philadelphia and the St. Louis offices. Shannon graduated from Virginia Tech in 2001 with a B.S. in Finance and in 2004 with an M.S. in Accounting
