The purpose of these Nominations Procedures are to: 1) outline the duties and responsibilities of the committee tasked with managing the credit union's overall nominations process (e.g., Governance & Nominations Committee, ad hoc Nominations Committee, etc.); 2) establish the schedule upon which the committee accomplishes its objectives; and 3) provide a basis for the consistency of the committee's actions.
