Family Relationships Policy Template for Credit Unions

The purpose of this Policy is to assist the Credit Union to avoid situations in which Conflicts of Interest or favoritism might interfere – or be perceived to interfere – with Board or Senior Management level decision-making. It outlines the participation of family members of current Board members, officers, Board-level committee members and Supervisory or Audit Committee members (together, Volunteers) as either Credit Union employees or Volunteers.
