Development Committee Charter for Nonprofits

The Committee shall assist the Board, the CEO or Executive Director and Senior Management by providing guidance and assistance on philanthropy and resource development. This includes crafting, executing and reviewing philanthropic, resource development and community outreach policies and strategies and donor relations. It also includes helping to foster the consistent enhancement of the same.
