Code of Ethics Template for Credit Unions

The Code of Ethics establishes standards and guidelines for behavior of Board members, officers, Supervisory or Audit Committee members, other volunteers and employees of the Credit Union, based on the Credit Union's values and ethical standards. 
 
A Code of Ethics should be developed based on the specific Credit Union's values and in alignment with its Board- and Staff-level policies.
