Volunteer Financial Responsibility Policy for Nonprofits

Board members, Board-level Committee members and Audit Committee members (together, Volunteers) play an important role in maintaining high standards of excellence and integrity for the organizations they serve. Given that the Volunteers as a whole are responsible for overseeing the Organization’s financial soundness, the personal integrity of individual Volunteers is key to meeting that responsibility. This Policy describes the personal integrity guidelines, personal financial responsibility requirements and expectations for the Organization’s Volunteers.
