Anti-Harassment Policy Template for Credit Unions

The Board and Senior Management are committed to providing an environment free of all forms of sexual, as well as non-sexual, harassment. Preventing harassment is a part of a Credit Union’s responsibility to provide safe and comfortable working conditions for all. This Policy sets forth the Credit Union’s guidelines against abusive and harassing behavior (harassment) and establishes its expectations regarding conduct between and among Board members, officers, Board-level committee members, Senior Management and Staff, as well as any organizational partner, contractor, visitor, service provider, vendor, etc.
