Irvine Nature Center

Quantum Governance began working with Irvine Nature Center in 2009, and
our engagement with this client continues to this day. We were initially hired
to facilitate a strategic planning process, only to identify funding
challenges. We encouraged and ultimately assisted the Board in making some
critical decisions saving the organization tens of thousands of dollars and
positioning them for future success.
Subsequent engagements with Irvine Nature Center have included a
governance assessment and a 2015 strategic planning engagement that
resulted in the organization’s 2015-2018 strategic plan that is helping to drive
the organization to higher levels of mission success. Additionally, Quantum
Governance jumped in to provide executive mentoring with the hire of a new
Executive Director. Today, the organization is exceeding all expectations, as is
its Executive Director. Quantum Governance continues to be available to them
for advice, resource and counsel on an as-needed basis.
